LifeSpan recognizes that everyday people often do extraordinary things, and through these actions they make the world a better place. In partnership with Ceca Foundation, a 501c3 public charity Celebrating caregivers in communities across Maryland and around the country, LifeSpan would like to honor these heroes for their spirit and service at our upcoming Annual Conference and Expo in Ocean City, MD. Nominate your long term care hero for recognition—any person working in or supporting long term care in Maryland is eligible.
